We are seeking an intermediate Project Manager with 3–4 years of experience to support the delivery of online game features for a single development team. This role works closely with a Senior PM, Engineering Manager, and Technical Lead to manage day‑to‑day operational workflows. Responsibilities include facilitating daily ceremonies, tracking risks, maintaining engineering and workload reports, and ensuring high standards of JIRA ticket hygiene.

This role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort working in fast-moving game service environments.

Your Role

• Facilitate daily team operations, including standups, sprint ceremonies, and workflow coordination to maintain delivery momentum.
• Manage and maintain JIRA boards, including ticket creation, grooming, tracking, and ensuring accurate workflow progression.
• Monitor team progress, delivery timelines, and upcoming work; prepare required engineering and workload reports.
• Identify, track, and escalate risks or blockers as needed, collaborating with the Senior PM and Engineering Manager on mitigation strategies.
