This is a term position ending March 2027 with the possibility of extension. When the term position ends, the position will be offered as a permanent role with the Wilp D’Mootxw – Nec’a Yikh “The Healing House” Primary Care Centre.
7.5 hours (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)

$59,336 - $74,169 - $81,586 per year (pay range explained below)
As Medical Office Assistant, you will be a key member of a collaborative, multidisciplinary primary care team that delivers trauma-informed, culturally safe care to support client health and wellness. You will provide essential administrative support to the daily operations of the Centre, coordinating staff and resources through the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system in alignment with program workflows.
