Our mission is to empower professional landscape contractors, designers, and architects to craft stunning outdoor living spaces. From indoor boutique designs to exterior displays and award-winning trade show booths, our Creative Merchandising and Landscape Architect Teams take Techo-Bloc’s brand identity to the next level.

We are hiring a  Project Manager – Creative Merchandising  to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects ranging from  indoor boutique designs, exterior product displays, trade show booth creations, and event installations . The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every project reflects Techo-Bloc’s commitment to excellence and innovation while meeting brand standards.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for design, and excels in managing complex projects with many moving parts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership : Oversee the end-to-end development of creative merchandising projects, including  boutique indoor displays, outdoor showcase installations, and trade show booths .
  • Collaboration : Work closely with architects, designers, fabricators, vendors, and internal marketing teams to bring projects from concept to completion.
  • Planning & Execution : Create and manage detailed project briefs, timelines, budgets, and scopes, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Team Coordination : Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Vendor Management : Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Creative Direction Support : Translate brand guidelines into cohesive and compelling physical displays. Provide input on design briefs and advise on the creation of visual and copy assets.
  • Risk Management : Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Performance Metrics : Measure and report project success against key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, marketing, design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management  within creative merchandising, retail displays, events, or a similar field.
  • Bilingual in  French and English  (required to support clients across North America).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, architecture, and merchandising best practices.
  • Experience managing multiple large-scale projects with complex deliverables and tight timelines.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Teamwork, Monday.com, Asana, or similar).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge if CAD, SketchUp would be a nice to have.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
