What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing complex commercial litigation files from start to resolution.
Representing clients in court, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
Drafting pleadings, motions, legal opinions, and other court documents.
Providing strategic legal counsel to clients on litigation matters.
Collaborating with senior counsel and partners on major cases.
Staying informed on evolving legal trends and legislative changes.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
Strong research, analytical, and advocacy skills.
Ability to handle multiple files in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and client representation.
