Property Manager (Retail Portfolio)

Your new company

This opportunity is with an established Canadian REIT which oversees primarily retail properties across Canada.

The business is now looking for an experienced Property Manager with previous retail portfolio experience to join the team, and manage a portfolio comprised of properties in Vancouver, Vancouver Island and Interior BC.

Your new role

This is a newly created role due to growth. You will be report to the Director of Property Management and have oversight of a small team. As the Property Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of the portfolio, deliver a great tenant experience, and oversee all budgeting and reporting. You will work hand in glove with the operations team, and support leasing activities.

This role would suit someone who would enjoy taking the reigns in their position and takes great pride in their work.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role you must have at least 5 years of property management experience, primarily in a retail environment. A professional Designation is also required.

Please note this is a remote role, but you must be located in the Lower Mainland, and open to travel across BC.
