What we’re looking for Organize and manage the controls integration process for projects from software design to commissioning Ensure machines satisfy current safety standards and risk assessments Ensure machine completeness prior to shipping through process validations Ensure programming compliance with customer standards Perform safety review prior to PLC download and ensure safe debug practices Attend Core Team meetings and provide controls support to the Project Manager(s) Attend safety reviews and risk assessments during the design phase Work to resolve integration and commissioning roadblocks Ensure file management and controls documentation for projects is updated and complete Conduct weekly meetings with the customer controls team when required Assess manpower requirements to meet project timing Coordinate with Project Manager(s) and Build Leader(s) on recovery plans when timing is critical Ensure Integration Specialist and contractors follow company and department policies and procedures Ensure participation in the ECI (employee continuous improvement) program Generate and conduct employee performance evaluations Provide weekend overtime schedule to the Turnkey Systems Build Manager Manage and approve labour hours Provide field support as needed What you need to succeed Team Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in a team environment Positive Attitude : Maintains an excellent attitude in all situations Strong Work Ethic : Demonstrates a great work ethic and dedication Passion for the Role : Shows genuine passion and enthusiasm for the job Technical diploma or Engineering degree in a controls related field Proficient working knowledge of MS Office Additional Benefits Health, dental, vision care Life insurance Company matching pension plan Retirement benefits Tuition reimbursement Employee Profit Sharing Bonus Employee Assistance Plan Wellness Committee Additional company perks Interested candidates should apply no later than January 29, 2025.
