Just as a chef can transform a basic dish into a culinary masterpiece, we are seeking our next Senior Product Designer - Platform, who possesses the necessary skills in user experience to elevate an ordinary experience into something extraordinary.

A glimpse at your day-to-day :

• You will be embedded in a cross-functional product team, working closely with product managers, engineers and other designers to bring users in the loop at every stage of the conception.
• You will advocate for user-centered design, making sure it is a key part of discovery and solution processes. Thus contributing to raising the bar in terms of quality and consistency of our product.
• You will lead user research along with product managers and play back your research synthesis for your colleagues.
• You will create discussion guides, early concepts, and prototypes, then take them to the users for feedback and iteration - we believe it's important to building a great product.
• You will run discovery workshops to understand the problems, align and ideate with your colleagues.
• You will proactively spot opportunities and help determine the critical areas to work on.

Here is what will qualify you for the role :

• You are a strong user advocate and a master of insights - gathering and understanding user's needs through efficient research methodology and making sure it translates in the product execution.
• More than 5 years of previous experience across the product life cycle, from problem definition to post-launch, collaborating in all phases of an agile delivery process with design, product and engineering colleagues.
• You have an online portfolio - showing a good mix of various product design skills and professional maturity through detailed case studies .

What will make you stand out :

• You have already worked in a design team and actively participated in joint design ops initiatives such as a design system.
• Your outstanding storytelling skills and ability to articulate your design decisions to different audiences.
• Your experience navigating complex product environments in an autonomous manner.
• Your expertise in planning and executing team discovery, design and brainstorm workshops.
