Job descriptionCreate work orders, arrange bookings, and communicate them to technicians. Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for vehicle work, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up. Make proactive calls to customers to determine satisfaction with received service. Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers. Ensure accurate billing of all products to the customer and process necessary information in the computer system. Keep promotional material updated in the showroom. Participate in safety initiatives to ensure safety at Fountain Tire, including customers and staff on the road, site, or field. Complete assigned e‑learning and safety courses in accordance with standards and policies. Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts. Experience in the automotive repair or tire industry is an asset. Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations. Working knowledge of passenger, light truck, specialty tires, and mechanical services is an asset. Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory passenger or commercial driver’s abstract. Excellent customer service and a great attitude. A team player who takes pride in their work.
