Reporting to the Territory Sales Manager, you’ll partner with local businesses and municipalities to build brand awareness and drive adoption of Kalitec’s road safety solutions. What You’ll Be Doing Proactively identify and engage municipal prospects through phone, email, and face-to-face outreach Drive the sales pipeline forward with strategic, timely follow-ups to nurture relationships and close opportunities Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adapt and refine your sales approach Keep CRM records accurate and up to date with all sales activity What You Bring High school or college diploma (minimum) Fluent in English; functional French is an asset 2 years in a sales role You’re a magnetic, confident, people-person You take massive action and prospect relentlessly You own your results and pivot easily when needed You consistently show patience and persistence in longer B2G sales cycles, especially in untapped territories You have a growth mindset and invest in your own learning daily Please submit a cover letter with you application What We Offer Let’s face it, no one dreams about road signs, but most of us want to make a difference. Most Sales Representatives earn $55,000 in their first year , with six-figure potential by Year 3. Low base salary high commission.
