Infosys Consulting is seeking Program Management professionals experienced in SAP transformation programs who are looking for long‑term growth and career‑enhancing opportunities. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of SAP program management experience from the project preparation phase through the deploy and run phases, a strong business and SAP background, and experience interfacing face‑to‑face with client executives, business, and IT client members in consultative engagements.
Areas of Expertise
- Business Transformation Programs enabled by SAP
- S / 4 Global Template design and roll‑out programs
- Proven experience in SAP Activate Methodology and / or similar methodologies used by system integrators
- SAP Program Experience in Industrial CPG & Logistics
- Process integration
- Hands‑on experience with commonly used tools such as Jira, Confluence, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, etc.

About the Role
As a Senior Principal, you will anchor proposal preparation and engagement delivery efforts, lead the functional and technical solution for SAP S / 4HANA Transformation programs, define and guide project processes, and drive the quality of team deliverables. You will collaborate and interface with senior clients on a daily basis to build confidence and lead the team in conducting due diligence and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
Sales / Project Acquisition
Support Infosys Consulting leadership in driving proposal development and leading proposal discussions.Develop client relationships to identify and qualify sales opportunities with senior leadership assistance.Lead solution definition for client-specific needs during the opportunity-to-closure cycle.Articulate unique points of view in thought‑leadership media including papers, webinars, and seminars.Project Execution
Collaborate with clients to define long‑term vision, goals, and strategies.Contribute to design and development of client future processes and organizations with corresponding transformation roadmaps.Conduct requirements workshops translating requirements into actionable project initiatives with associated metrics.Target processes using best practices.Perform knowledge transfer throughout all project phases.Manage project execution from start to finish to deliver on scope, quality, and time.Coach and develop team members to deliver quality results.People Development
Mentor and coach team members through formal performance evaluation methods and informal feedback.Collaborate and share knowledge.Serve as people manager to junior consultants.Practice Development
Create and contribute S / 4HANA practice artifacts.Contribute to practice growth through recruitment, training, and retention.Provide insight and thought leadership to develop innovative assets, differentiated points of view, and methodologies.Basic Qualifications
10+ years of SAP project, lead, or program management, with at least 5 years in project management.At least 3 full‑lifecycle S / 4 implementations (all phases) leading a package implementation lifecycle.Proven track record of leading and managing global and local teams, both large and small.Extensive experience in project management of large ERP implementations and team leadership over process streams or functional areas.In‑depth knowledge of Package Implementation Methodology and key deliverables.Experience interacting with client executives and influencing at the leadership level.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time.Undergraduate degree or foreign equivalent; or three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Proven track record of leading and managing large and small teams.Foundation in consulting rather than industry; at least 10 years of consulting experience.Strong personal and professional values and entrepreneurial spirit.Experience working in cross‑cultural teams and flexibility to support multiple time zones.MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree.Estimated Compensation
$185,140 CAD – $277,480 CAD annually.
