Job descriptionCampaign Execution : Plan and send targeted SMS and email campaigns for seasonal promotions, program launches, and announcements. Design Creation : Produce print and digital materials including posters, banners, trifolds, and social media graphics . Customer Engagement : Reply to customer service inquiries related to marketing and communications. Social Media Management : Draft and post organic social content across our platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Ad Design Support : Assist in the design of paid social media ads for campaigns. Distribution Coordination : Coordinate with front desk staff and coaches to distribute marketing materials effectively at our venues. Tracking & Reporting : Support performance tracking of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements. In-person community and customer engagement. 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles (internships count!) Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools Excellent written communication and attention to detail Comfortable working with email platforms and scheduling tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) Friendly, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects Photography or video editing experience Experience in sports, recreation, or community-based organizations
