Job Responsibilities :
- Daily review & processing of SAP Billing reports and incoming adjustment requests
- Review & resolve billing investigations, analysis and correction of errors and resolve billing issues in select cases.
- Work with several SAP tools & reports to identify and resolve billing errors and ensure all shipments are invoiced timely and accurately.
- Review and process Debit & Credit memos as per documented processes and instructions
- Work closely with the A / R Teams, Business Units, Logistics, Accounting, and IT to resolve billing and posting errors.
- Print, prepare & distribute invoices, and account statements to customers.
- Provide support in new implementations / acquisitions, SAP system upgrades, enhancements, and fixes.
- Coordinate & support auditor requests / requirements as assigned.
- Participate and support Month-end and Year-end activities.
- Coordinate process documentation updates (internal and external) as necessary or annually.
- Complete other reports & tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with O2C SLAs
- Cooperate and coordinate with all the members of the team to achieve performance excellence, continuous improvement and promote a positive and harmonious business environment.
- Provide support and backfill for team members, when necessary,
- Continuously improve operations by identifying and suggesting process and system enhancements for continuous improvement within own team and for raising similar opportunities across end-to-end accounting process
- Perform at level that assists in attaining overall and team-level performance measures and goals.
- Interface with other Central Services teams to ensure compliance with cross-team accountabilities.
- Coordinate with other Central Services teams to deliver seamless service to customers.
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety policies and initiatives
Requirements :
Student 2nd or 3rd year in Business / Economics or related field preferredFull time in Office position (5 days / week)Bilingual English and French, preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail orientedAble to apply common sense understanding and problem-solving skills to complete activities.Positive attitude, reliable and punctualInitiative, self-motivation and adaptabilityStrong / intermediate knowledge and use of office productivity tools (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Outlook etc.)This job posting reflects an existing vacancy.
