French Bilingual AR / Collections Specialist

The AR / Collections Specialist is responsible for managing the credit risk and collection activities for assigned accounts. This role ensures timely payment of outstanding invoices, maintains accurate records, and provides exceptional customer service in both English and French. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze credit applications and financial data to determine creditworthiness.
• Set and monitor credit limits in accordance with company policies.
• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve disputes professionally.
• Monitor aging reports and escalate high-risk accounts as needed.
• Provide support to customers in both English and French
• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account status.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and account status.
• Prepare regular reports on collections performance and outstanding balances.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
