Body Shop Manager

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of the body shop, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.
• Monitor shop performance to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and profitability goals.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise technicians, estimators, and other shop personnel.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and support to staff.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance companies, and vendors.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Oversee the repair process to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated on the latest repair techniques, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure accurate estimates and approvals are in place for all jobs.
