What you ll get to doAs a UX Researcher / Experience Designer, your assignment is to help design team and product team to deeply empathize with clients or retailers.
And dedicate teams' collective execution to delivering experiences works that bring delight to our customers. You have broad skills in UX research methods and a thorough understanding of qualitative and quantitative research concepts.
You are a passionate researcher with observational and analytical skills, an impressive ability to collaborate with other teams and designers, and a relentless determination to do what is right for the company's customers.
Skills and ResponsibilitiesKnowledge of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. Experience with research design utilizing various methods including but not limited to surveys, interviews, usability testing, focus groups, contextual inquiry, etc.
Have analysis ability, and be able to have a keen insight into user demands and opportunity points. Conduct user research activities to inform design decisions.
Work with Designers and Product Managers to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Assisting in jointly formulating the user experience design specifications for SaaS products.Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through workshops, written reports and presentations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, latest research methods and AI advancements to continually refine research practices, and continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve our products.
Familiarity with E-commerce and POS industry is a plus.Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree, more than 3 years working experience in UX UI, art design, HCI, linguistics, sociology, psychology and related professional backgrounds is preferred.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, with a focus on strategic thinking, problem solving, attention to details, and a customer-centric approach.
Be familiar with the methods of the whole process of experience design, and have a deep understanding and practice.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player.
Excellent communication with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders (Chinese is a plus).Working conditionsThis is a permanent full-time position, working remotely.
