We are looking for a Director, Spaces & E-Commerce who will report into our VP, Brand & Strategy. In this role we are looking for someone who will lead both our online and in person customer experiences. This role oversees our e-commerce platform which includes our website, direct to consumer channel and promotional calendar. This role will also work with our Spaces Lead to shape the experience and profitability of our physical spaces including taprooms, retail stores, bottle shops and events in all Collective Arts locations.
You will shape how people experience Collective Arts across every consumer touchpoint from clicks to visits to experiences. This role requires a leader who brings a customer first mindset along with the ability to connect storytelling, hospitality, and digital performance into one cohesive vision.
This role will require you to be in office at our brewery in Hamilton every Tuesday and Thursday. Additionally, you will need to visit either our Space in Cambridge or Toronto in person once a week.
