Job Summary
We are looking for an Educational Research & Development Designer to create educational content for learners across Canada. This role will be split between research and development and curriculum design, providing the successful candidate the opportunity to develop inclusive, engaging learning resources while exploring practical teaching strategies to share with the team.
The ideal candidate has a teaching background or experience as a research assistant, enjoys developing evidence‑based learning materials, works well with subject matter experts, and applies standard practices in pedagogy and assessment.
