Directeur(trice) de projets géotechnique

Votre rôle au sein de l’équipe

• Participer dans la conception géotechnique de projets ;
• Participer à la gestion administrative des projets;
• Participer à la préparation des offres de services professionnels;
• Réaliser des calculs géotechniques (capacité portante, tassements, stabilité de talus, liquéfaction des sols, etc.)
• Réaliser des études de modélisation numérique dans le cas de projets majeurs
• Participer à la rédaction des rapports techniques;
• Collaborer avec les autres départements et services.

Le candidat idéal :

• Détient un baccalauréat en génie géologique, civil, ou équivalent;
• A une maîtrise en géotechnique (un atout);
• Possède un minimum de 15 années d'expérience;
• Est membre de l'OIQ;
• A des connaissances en géotechnique (bâtiments, fondations, analyse de stabilité de pente, infrastructures linéaires, liquéfaction des sols);
• A la carte ASP Construction;
• Possède un permis de conduire valide;
• Est en mesure de s’exprimer en français (oral et à l’écrit) et en anglais (à l’oral);
• A un bon jugement et capacité d’analyse;
• Détient une bonne connaissance des logiciels couramment utilisés en géotechnique;
• Est capable de travailler en équipe dans des environnements complexes et changeants.

Geotechnical Project Director

Your Role within the Team :

• Participate in the geotechnical design of projects;
• Participate in the administrative management of projects;
• Contribute to the preparation of proposals for professional services;
• Perform geotechnical calculations (bearing capacity, settlements, slope stability, soil liquefaction, etc.);
• Conduct numerical modeling studies for major projects;
• Contribute to the drafting of technical reports;
• Collaborate with other departments and services.

The Ideal Candidate :

• Holds a bachelor's degree in geological or civil engineering, or equivalent;
• Has a master's degree in geotechnics (an asset);
• Possesses a minimum of 15 years of experience;
• Is a member of the OIQ;
• Has knowledge in geotechnical engineering (buildings, foundations, slope stability analysis, linear infrastructures, soil liquefaction);
• Holds the ASP Construction card;
• Possesses a valid driver's license;
• Is able to communicate in French (oral and written) and in English (oral);
• Has good judgment and analytical skills;
• Has a good knowledge of commonly used geotechnical software;
• Is capable of working in a team in complex and dynamic environments.
