As the shop manager, you will supervise a team of mechanics, schedule company truck and equipment maintenance, keep an inventory of the parts room, order and return parts as needed among other responsibilities.  Job Responsibilities Manage staff : Schedule staff efficiently to ensure smooth flow of work. Be a fabulous communicator with staff, management & vendors. Collaboration : Work closely with upper management to understand their hiring needs and preferences. Provide expert guidance to all members of your team. Target Achievement and Metrics : Meet and exceed given timelines  Provide regular reports and updates on shop & staff performance  What do you need to succeed in this role?
