Responsibilities :
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right appliances and electronics for their needs.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Stay up to date with product features benefits and specifications to provide accurate information.
- Demonstrate products effectively to highlight key features and usability.
- Guide customers through the sales process from product selection to finalizing purchases.
- Offer tailored recommendations and upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.
- Ensure customers receive a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Handle questions concerns or objections professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with order processing delivery scheduling and payment transactions.
- Verify customer orders to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve store and department sales goals.
- Maintain clean and visually appealing displays for appliances and electronics.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management.
- Offer troubleshooting advice for product-related questions or issues.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets including Value Added Products and Services (VAPS) and product protection.
- Adhere to store policies including safety guidelines and ethical sales practices.
- Ensure compliance with warranty and return policies when assisting customers.
- Performing various other duties as assigned
