Worker Experience Coordinator - Payroll Support

Job description

HireArt is seeking a talented Worker Experience Coordinator to join our Worker Experience team and support payroll for our contract workforce. In this role, you’ll take ownership of payroll-related inquiries, resolve issues quickly and accurately, and ensure workers have a consistently positive experience.

You’ll dig into the root causes of issues and drive practical, efficient solutions with professionalism and care. Most importantly, you’ll be trusted with the authority to act : you’ll have real decision-making power to resolve worker concerns on the spot. As a Worker Experience Coordinator, you'll :

• Field and solve Tier 1 inbound inquiries (via email, chat, or phone) on payroll-related topics including, but not limited to :  Timesheet errorsPTOPay rate discrepanciesExpense reimbursements401(k) deductionsHSA / FSA deductionsCommuter benefit deductionsHealth insurance deductions
• Support the annual benefits open enrollment process
• Help improve, create, and implement processes and best practice
• Identify support / issue trends and escalate to help resolve the root issue
• Participate in cross-functional work with our Product, Account Management, Finance, Payroll, and other teams, as required.

Today, mid-sized companies with contract workforces must navigate significant legal, financial, talent acquisition, and operational complexities to build and manage these workforces on a global scale.
