In Your Role You Will
- Deliver Services according to agency policy and procedure
- Maintain related documentation using agency approved software and provide reports as required
- Make recommendations to the supervisor regarding program development, policy and procedure formulation and program evaluation
- Liaise and work collaboratively with community service providers and other professionals to coordinate service provision, facilitate referrals to the program and represent the organization and / or program in external events
- Represent the agency on community committees as requested by the program manager

- Prior to confirmation of employment, all applicants must provide a copy of a current Criminal Record Check and / or Government Screening Letter. These checks vary depending on province and sector and will be communicated by the Program Hiring Team
As An Ideal Candidate You Possess
A degree or diploma in related humanities or social sciencesMinimum three years related experienceValid class G driver’s license and proof of insurability as a driver, as well as reliable transportationAn understanding of sexual exploitationCurrent First Aid / CPR CertificatesRequired Competencies :
Able to develop, implement and manage outcome-based programming.Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.Able to plan and implement changes in response to client needs / desires and environmental influences through interdisciplinary case management.Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in diverse communities, able to promote cooperative work environments.Knowledge and understanding of best practices, relevant legislation, guidelines, policies and standards relating to service deliverables.Able to collect, organize, prepare and edit correspondence, reports and other documentation,Strong conflict resolution, mediation and crisis prevention and intervention techniquesWhat Taproot Community Support Services Does
