WHAT'S THIS ROLE ABOUT?

We're seeking a strategic, creative, and collaborative Content Marketing Manager to help Auvik achieve its awareness, engagement, and purchase consideration goals. Reporting to the Director, Brand & Community, you'll be responsible for developing a comprehensive content marketing and editorial strategy to drive Auvik's thought leadership, increase site traffic, support lead generation, and cultivate customer loyalty. This includes creating SEO-focused content, overseeing social media strategies, and executing an annual IT trends report to establish Auvik as a leader in network management.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Social Media Management

  • Manage Auvik's presence on LinkedIn, creating content that engages IT buyers and establishes thought leadership. This includes producing Canva-designed carousels and TikTok-style vertical videos to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Develop a content calendar aligned with campaign objectives, consistently amplifying Auvik's voice and engaging content from reports, blogs, and community initiatives.
  • IT Trends Report

  • Oversee the execution of Auvik's annual IT trends report, collaborating with external research firms to gather valuable industry insights.
  • Analyze and translate findings into clear, actionable content that highlights emerging IT trends and positions Auvik as an industry thought leader.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to effectively promote and distribute the report across various channels, maximizing its impact.
  • Community Engagement

  • Develop a community engagement strategy across platforms like Spiceworks, Reddit, and Discord, positioning Auvik as a valuable resource and active participant in IT industry conversations.
  • Identify opportunities to foster content collaboration within communities and cultivate relationships to drive engagement and build brand presence.
  • Serve as an advocate for Auvik in community discussions, sharing valuable resources and insights that resonate with our audience.
  • IT Pro Audience Insights

  • Continuously gather and leverage insights on IT professionals to create content that resonates with their needs, preferences, and challenges.
  • Build feedback loops from community interactions and content performance data to refine our strategy, ensuring Auvik's content is always relevant and impactful.
  • WHAT IS AUVIK LOOKING FOR?

  • Experience : Proven experience in content marketing strategy, ideally at high-growth B2B SaaS companies and / or agencies.
  • IT Audience Knowledge : Familiarity with marketing to IT professionals is a major asset.
  • Content Creation : Proficiency in various content formats (text, video, graphics) and channels (blogging, reports, videos).
  • Strategic Alignment : Ability to align content marketing strategy with business and marketing objectives.
  • Attention to Detail : Meticulous editorial standards and a strong background in journalism or communications are assets.
  • Customer Insight : An eagerness to deeply understand and engage with our audience.
  • Project Management : Exceptional organization and project management skills, able to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Problem-Solver : A positive approach with a knack for creative solutions.

    COMPENSATION DETAILS :

    At Auvik, our compensation philosophy is to be market competitive, reward performance, reflect our commitment to equity and maintain transparency with our employees. We have defined job levels and compensation ranges for each of our markets we employ, based on research from various sources of market data, which are reviewed on a regular basis.

    The hiring range for this position is listed below. Compensation offered for candidates in this role is based on a number of factors including job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. These factors may cause your compensation to vary within the range outlined below.

    In addition to cash compensation, all full-time employees are granted stock options to share in Auvik's future successes. Auvik employees are eligible to participate in additional benefits and programs including our comprehensive health and dental benefits plan, Wellness spending account, GRSP matching program, flexible paid time off, paid parental leave program, and are eligible for remote working subsidies.

    Salary Range : 90,500-$117,500 CAD
