The Enterprise/Solutions Architect will lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide technology strategies that align with business objectives, drive innovation, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. This role requires a visionary thinker with the ability to define long-term architectural direction while also delivering actionable, hands-on technical solutions. The Architect will collaborate across departments, drive architectural governance, and influence both technical and business stakeholders to achieve organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ideation, development, and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies.
- Establish and maintain architecture principles, governance models, and technology standards.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that transform business capabilities.
- Provide holistic, end-to-end solution architecture ensuring seamless integration across applications, data, and business processes.
- Balance enterprise-level vision with practical, hands-on solution design and prototyping.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical architecture with business needs and eliminate silos.
- Define and enforce architectural governance to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to scalability, security, resiliency, and technical debt.
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts using Java/J2EE, Python, or relevant technologies.
- Influence and guide teams across technology and business units, promoting a culture of innovation.
Required Skills:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–6 years hands-on experience with Java/J2EE or Python, including development of prototypes/POCs.
- 4+ years of technology leadership with at least 3 years in enterprise architecture roles.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven architecture).
- Strong background in data architecture, integrations, analytics, and governance.
- Excellent knowledge of OOP concepts, design patterns, and their practical implementation.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience designing and implementing solutions.
- Experience driving innovation initiatives and aligning technical strategy with business goals.
- Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholder discussions.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills across organizational boundaries.
Preferred Skills:- TOGAF, SAFe Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or similar certifications.
- Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, or Lean Portfolio Management.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence or Generative AI.
- Strong database experience with relational and semi-structured data.
- DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and observability tools.
