Enterprise / Solutions Architect

The Enterprise / Solutions Architect will lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide technology strategies that align with business objectives, drive innovation, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. This role requires a visionary thinker with the ability to define long-term architectural direction while also delivering actionable, hands-on technical solutions. The Architect will collaborate across departments, drive architectural governance, and influence both technical and business stakeholders to achieve organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the ideation, development, and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies.
• Establish and maintain architecture principles, governance models, and technology standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that transform business capabilities.
• Provide holistic, end-to-end solution architecture ensuring seamless integration across applications, data, and business processes.
• Balance enterprise-level vision with practical, hands-on solution design and prototyping.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical architecture with business needs and eliminate silos.
• Define and enforce architectural governance to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to scalability, security, resiliency, and technical debt.
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts using Java / J2EE, Python, or relevant technologies.
• Influence and guide teams across technology and business units, promoting a culture of innovation.
