The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently performing a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations. Responsibilities include site maintenance, equipment support, and assisting skilled trades or operators as needed.###

• Key Responsibilities :
• Site Maintenance :
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris, sweeping, pressure washing.
• Equipment Support :
• Perform basic cleaning and preventative maintenance on tractor-trailers.
• Operational Support :
• Operate general site vehicles such as pickup trucks.
• Safety Compliance :
• Work in strict accordance with company safety policies and provincial / federal health and safety regulations.
• Facility Upkeep :
• Perform minor repairs and general maintenance, including painting, janitorial tasks, and basic office repairs.
• Material Handling :
• Load, unload, and move materials manually or with the assistance of basic tools.
• Team Assistance :
• Cross-train to assist with parts and service coverage. Provide general support to senior staff and perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure project deadlines are met.

• Requirements & Qualifications :
• Technical Skills :
• Experience operating a skid steer or similar small machinery is considered a strong asset.
• Problem Solving :
• Ability to apply common sense reasoning to carry out instructions and solve practical problems.
• Physical Stamina :
• Ability to manually lift and move up to
• 65 lbs
• regularly.
• Ability to push or move up to
• 100 lbs
• with assistance.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and standing for long periods.
• Reliability :
• Strong work ethic, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Communication :
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
