Civil Design Engineer, P.Eng

Municipal, Stormwater, Roadworks

Abbotsford, BC

$100-$130K, based on experience

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Civil Design Engineer to join their small but busy team in the lower mainland

• Civil engineering P.Eng
• 5+ years of experience and Project Management
• Knowledge of municipal and provincial engineering standards
• Proficient in design stormwater systems, water distribution, sanitary / septic systems, erosion & sediment control plans, and roadworks
• Lead and support civil engineering design for municipal and land development projects
• 6+ years of experience in civil engineering and project management
• Strong communication, coordination, and client-facing abilities
• Experience preparing technical drawings, technical reports, procurement documents, and conducting site inspections
• Capability to manage projects from proposal to delivery, working with clients, municipalities, and multidisciplinary
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports
• Able and willing to mentor EITs
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
