Key Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments, immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in professional development, including Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or will obtain within six months).
• Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license for operating a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.

Preferred

• Co‑op or internship experience in a customer‑service, sales, production, or administrative role.
• Major in business or a related academic field.
• Leadership or management role on campus or through extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.
