Job Summary

The OpenText Developer and Support Analyst is responsible for configuring, supporting, and documenting OpenText enterprise content management solutions. This role supports application development, administration, and operational readiness while ensuring systems are well‑documented, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards. The position requires hands‑on expertise with OpenText Content Server and AppWorks, along with strong technical documentation and support capabilities.
