Job description

Our client, a leading company in legal settlements, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively, and fluent in English as well as one of the following Indigenous languages : Cree, Inuktitut, or Ojibway. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully while aligning with the organization’s mission.

Job Title :   Customer Service Representative

Location : Remote work anywhere in Canada

Pay Range : $27 / hour

What’s the Job?

Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.

Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

Assist clients and customers with account-related inquiries and issues.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to clients and customers.

Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records.

What’s Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be fluent in English and one of the following indigenous languages :  Cree, Inuktitut or Ojibway.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
