Job description

Title : Change Experience Specialist for Enterprise Platforms

Locatio : MISSISSAUGA

Duration : Fulltime JD

  • Supporting the design, development, and implementation of Change Experience strategies and tactical change & engagement plans; including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.
  • Planning, assessing, and monitoring organizational readiness ( change impact analysis, role mapping, etc.)
  • Ensuring the organizational readiness as defined by organizational goals and objectives
  • Developing and managing communications strategies and plans to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant messaging with affected stakeholders.
  • Leading the development of content and materials used to support various communications and engagement activities.
  • Assessing training needs, leading the development of training plans, and coordinating with internal and external partners on the development and delivery of training programs.
  • Tracking delivery against the roadmap, anticipating and addressing potential barriers (risks & issues)

You have the following qualifications / skills :

Master's degree (or equivalent) in Organizational Development, Marketing, Organizational Communications, Business Psychology or related field highly preferred or Bachelors with appropriate project experience.

High interest in informatics technologies applied to business.

At least years of relevant experience in organizational change management program design and implementation, leveraging change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Familiarity with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.

Successful experience working in a multicultural environment and building strong networks.

Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships with ability to engage resources outside of direct-control to gain consensus, meet deadlines and achieve goals and objectives.

Proactive self-starter; effective in both team settings and as an individual contributor and ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently / with minimal supervision.

Challenges the organization to be curious, questions the status quo & embraces new ways of working, demonstrating "can-do” attitude.

Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations and under pressure (being comfortable with being uncomfortable).

Excellent active listening skills.

Coaching skills.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (English, other language is a plus).
