How Will We Help You Grow? -Company supplied work vehicle-Comprehensive Benefits Plan-Structured bonus plan -RRSP matching -Ongoing career development courses and programs through our inhouse Flynn University  Who Are We Looking For? -Minimum 5 years’ experience as a glazier in the commercial construction industry or completion of a two to three year apprenticeship program -Previous experience in Foreman role is preferred-Strong knowledge in construction industry and related activities is an asset-Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal What You Will Work On? -Oversee all aspects of Glazing work including but not limited to safety, housekeeping, and workmanship quality-Prepare production and other reports-Coordinate and schedule activities-Train or arrange for training, Set up machines and equipment, Estimate costs and materials-Read blueprints and drawings, requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies-Resolve work related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
