Majestic Metals Ltd. is a trusted leader in Newfoundland and Labrador’s construction industry, supplying and installing high-quality metal roofing, steel siding, and custom metalwork for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. With a reputation built on precision, craftsmanship, and customer-first service, Majestic Metals has become a preferred partner for durable and attractive building solutions across the province.

Majestic Metals Ltd. is seeking a strategic, results-oriented General Manager to lead the company through its next phase of growth. Reporting to ownership, the General Manager will oversee all aspects of business operations—sales, production, customer service, and financial performance—while developing and executing a growth strategy that expands market share and deepens customer relationships.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader who can balance operational excellence with entrepreneurial drive.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational & Team Leadership

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient production, timely delivery, and quality installation of products and services.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive accountability, improve performance, and support continuous improvement.
• Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team across sales, production, and administration.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, safety, and customer satisfaction.
