We are looking for an organized, detailed oriented individual with a strong work ethic for a newly open Administrative Assistant position. This role will primarily be processing new sales, answer phones, filing, and at times assist with client service requests.
Qualifications :
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Operates multi-positioned telephone switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing and inner-office calls.
Processing of new sales with database management skills
Serve as a personal assistant to executives, providing administrative support as needed.
Assist with customer support tasks, addressing client needs and inquiries promptly.
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
Ensuring easy access to important documents.
Assist with scheduling daily jobs for our customers.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience as a personal assistant is a plus.
Excellent customer service and listening skills.
Strong knowledge of Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Proficient at task prioritization and Multi-Tasker
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Strong oral and written communication, customer service and time-management
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
