The Student Residences team at Spaces & Experiences (S&E) oversees and operates undergraduate and graduate student housing for more than 2,200 students on the St. George campus. Our residences include Chestnut Residence, Oak House, Graduate House, and Knox Residence. We strive to offer a supportive and dynamic living-learning environment for students that fosters academic success, personal growth, and a strong sense of belonging.
Your opportunity :
Under the general direction of the Manager, Residence Admissions, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring an efficient and effective Residence admissions process. The incumbent manages the admissions process for residence students; reviews eligibility and issues offers to prospective students; calculates student fees; manages invoicing and fee postings on StarRez; maintains the database and residents’ records and statistics. Duties include but are not restricted to the provision of information concerning the Residence, the administration of admissions, room assignments, fees, student records, and meal plans.
