Hourly Rate : $19 / hour

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Skid Steer Operator to support seasonal operations in Lucasville and surrounding downtown locations. This is an on-call role ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working flexible hours, including long shifts and weekends when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a skid steer safely and efficiently on active job sites
• Assist with site maintenance and seasonal operations as directed
• Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines
• Communicate availability and work assignments via cell phone
• Support plow operators and field teams at designated locations
• Work extended hours and weekends during peak operational periods
