Take full charge of builder deals for a successful firm. Also, purchase, mortgage, commercial RE and land development deals. Flexible alignment of priorities. In this very active RE team you will be the law clerk authority.

Assets:
Law Clerk Diploma
Broad, hands-on RE experience
3+ years in Real Estate law as a clerk
Knowledge of pertinent software: The Conveyancer, Teraview
Experience in dealing directly with builders, developers, consumer purchasers, municipal authorities, and lenders.
