Who You Are

• Are adaptable and quick to identify issues or needs and can accommodate last minute requests in a high volume fast paced environment
• Are capable of proactively anticipating needs and reacting quickly through developing an analytical approach and thorough understanding of the business
• Have exceptional time management and pride yourself on exemplary organizational skills including but not limited to management of email digital files and processes
• Are highly knowledgeable and efficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
• Are a self-starter and demonstrate a history of holding yourself accountable especially in customer-facing interactions

How Youll Make a Difference

• Manage and maintain files in a logical and orderly manner including accurately documenting all data in our file management software ensuring trust conditions deadlines and settlement requirements are fully tracked
• Manage files through task and email management and be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with clients opposing counsel and internal team members
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members
• Review keep track and abide by various trust conditions on settled files including monitoring due dates and requesting extensions as needed
• Schedule and complete a high volume of client settlement meetings meeting with clients to ensure proper documentation is signed and provided totheinsurance adjuster or opposing counsel
• Work alongside various departments to ensure documentation is prepared and ready for settlement meetings with clients including confirming trust conditions and file readiness prior to closure
• Draft and file discontinuances on every settled file.
• Follow up and maintain current data for cases waiting on additional file management verify file statuses and keep settlement spreadsheets updated daily
• Complete weekly reporting on funds received
