Position Summary

Are you geospatial-minded and have a passion for working with cutting edge Reality Capture and measurement technologies?

If so, then this position may be for you! Cansel is currently looking for a positive minded and focused individual to help grow Cansel's Reality Capture footprint in British Columbia.

In this role, you will...

Exclusively focused on activities associated to our terrestrial laser scanning and UAV offerings & solutions to all market segments.

This includes (but is not limited to) Architectural, Engineering, Construction, Surveying, BIM, VDC, Manufacturing, Industrial, Plant, Mining, Energy, Visual Effects, and Educational sectors.

  • Perform in-person and remote client discovery meetings (hybrid & customer-catered approach)
  • Perform product / solution customer demonstrations / meetings independently and with the assistance / support of Cansel Professional Services team when appropriate
  • Attend and lead technical tradeshows & events
  • Provide basic training and technical support to customers when needed
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Service and other associated departments within Cansel to ensure a favorable customer experience

About you...

  • Preference given to those with a geospatial background i.e. in Surveying, Engineering, GIS, BIM, VDC, Manufacturing, Industrial, Plant, Mining, Energy, Visual Effects, and Educational sectors.
  • Tech savvy, with a passion for Reality Capture
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Consultative not transactional approach towards identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships
  • Value-driven and creative approach towards client negotiations and interactions
  • Mindful of targets and the importance of striving towards consistency
