RO-Counterbalance Operator

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Operator to join our team in a fast-paced shoe warehouse in Bradford. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in shipping and receiving, pick and pack operations, and safely operating a counterbalance forklift to move and organize pallets. You will be working with a friendly and laid back team in a clean newly built state-of-the-art warehouse! This is a long-term position! Opportunity for overtime in the summer months! Get paid weekly every Friday by direct deposit! You must have access to your own car, as the location is not transit accessible Key Responsibilities: -Operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and move products and materials. -Perform shipping and receiving duties including verifying orders and inspecting incoming/outgoing goods. -Pick and pack items accurately based on orders and show requirements. -Organize warehouse space and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. -Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties as required. -Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Requirements: -Minimum 6 months of experience operating a counterbalance forklift. -Valid and current counterbalance forklift license required. -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. -Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities. -Experience in a show warehouse or similar fast-paced logistics environment is an asset.
