Support implementation of MS Intune mobile device management platform and transition of devices.
Design architecture / design of Skype for Business integration with MS Teams and other Microsoft 365 products.
Work with senior management, technical teams, and vendors for support and escalations when required.
Develop scripts (Powershell, etc.) to improve and automate existing Messaging team processes.
Manage and prioritize workload. Check and balance the workload against the team requirements, to result in a service delivery model characterized by cross-training, workload sharing and collaborative team effort.
Effective teamwork and proficient communication with team members, management team and supported ministries.
Perform problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution.
Develop and maintain documentation.
Develop messaging related procedures.
Provide cross training and knowledge transfer to team members.
Support for Microsoft Exchange and integration with Email List Services
Support for other platforms as required.
Participate in on-call rotation
Participate in projects as a subject matter expert on messaging services
