Industrial Electrician
Job Description
This will be a day shift position
Pay rate- $-$ / hr.
Starting January 6 (Contract 2 to 4 months)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Good knowledge of the electrical code, blue print reading and electrical schematics.
Knowledge of programming robots, Motoman, Fanuc, ABB and Nachi.
Familiar with trouble shooting precision equipment, motors (AC&DC), Boring Mills and PLC.
Must be able to use hand tools (pipe benders, hydraulic knock-out, crimpers, and soldering iron).
Operate various tools and equipment (genie lift, drill press, hydraulic bender, megger).
Panel building and Machine wiring.
Provide continuous guidance and training to Electrical Apprentices as assigned.
Perform office wiring and building maintenance as required.
Prioritize steps within the job to accomplish tasks in a reasonable amount of time.
Perform assigned tasks in a safe manner and know how to properly lock out all energy sources, including stored energy.
Ensure that your work area is kept clean, tidy and organized at all times to prevent accidents and produce quality products.
Report all unusual circumstances and actively participate in and support Continuous Improvements.
Perform other related duties as required.
