Job descriptionAssist the system administrator in managing domain controllers (account management, groups, server updates, GPOs, etc.) Assist the system administrator in managing Microsoft 365 Provide users with IT support related to software, computer equipment, and the company’s network Ensure installation and proper functioning of equipment Handle incoming service requests using a ticketing system Provide support for servers and workstations Manage IT inventory and software licenses Perform physical repairs on equipment College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in IT, or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience as a Level 2–3 technician Strong communication skills and customer-service oriented (internal clients) Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows, Active Directory, GPO, SQL, IIS) Understanding of basic enterprise networking principles Knowledge of Active Directory Proficient with Windows 10 and 11 workstations Knowledge of print servers Experience installing and maintaining physical and virtual servers using VMWare (vSphere and vCenter) Knowledge of networking (IP addressing, switches, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, LDAP, Radius) Knowledge of HP desktops and servers (an asset) Knowledge of VMWare Horizon – VDI desktop virtualization technologies (an asset) Proactive work approach Functional English (basic verbal or written communication when needed) Valid driver’s license required Monday to Friday, from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
