MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the system administrator in managing domain controllers (account management, groups, server updates, GPOs, etc.)Assist the system administrator in managing Microsoft 365Provide users with IT support related to software, computer equipment, and the company’s networkEnsure installation and proper functioning of equipmentHandle incoming service requests using a ticketing systemProvide support for servers and workstationsManage IT inventory and software licensesPerform physical repairs on equipmentPROFILE SOUGHT
College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in IT, or equivalentMinimum 2 years of experience as a Level 2–3 technicianStrong communication skills and customer-service oriented (internal clients)Proficient with Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows, Active Directory, GPO, SQL, IIS)Understanding of basic enterprise networking principlesKnowledge of Active DirectoryProficient with Windows 10 and 11 workstationsKnowledge of print serversExperience installing and maintaining physical and virtual servers using VMWare (vSphere and vCenter)Knowledge of networking (IP addressing, switches, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, LDAP, Radius)Knowledge of HP desktops and servers (an asset)Knowledge of VMWare Horizon – VDI desktop virtualization technologies (an asset)Proactive work approachFunctional English (basic verbal or written communication when needed)Valid driver’s license requiredWORK SCHEDULE
