Our design agency client is looking for a Project Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in managing integrated communication projects, including annual reports, sustainability reports, websites, brochures, and marketing collateral. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This hybrid role includes two in-office days in downtown Toronto.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and work-back plans.
- Coordinate print and digital projects, ensuring quality control and version tracking.
- Communicate deadlines and updates with team members, clients, and suppliers.
- Oversee creative production processes to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications :
2+ years of project management experience, preferably in design or production.Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, project management tools (e.g., Teamwork), Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and collaboration platforms (Slack, Teams).Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Experience with quality control, proofing, and ensuring edits are accurately implemented.Solid understanding of creative production workflows.Bonus if you are bilingual French / English (asset only)
