Overview
A full-service tooling provider of progressive transfer and tandem dies. Specializing in deep draw, aluminum, ultra high strength steel and complex stamping dies.
Responsibilities
- Designing progressive, transfer and line dies
- Interacting with customers regarding design reviews and follow-up
- Providing technical support to machining / tryout / build throughout the die manufacturing process
- Maintaining documentation records of complete die design
- Creating process layouts for part data
- Develop trim lines / morph surfaces / troubleshoot
