People Leadership & Talent Development
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Store Managers with a strong focus on engagement, accountability, and succession planning
Recruit and retain high-performing leaders who are passionate about customer experience and team development
Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and development planning
Model the behaviours and mindset expected of leaders across the region
Identify performance gaps and create clear, practical improvement plans with follow-through
Financial & KPI Performance
Deliver regional sales targets and key performance metrics
Manage payroll and controllable expenses in line with budget expectations
Drive performance against KPIs such as units per transaction, average transaction value, and customer data capture
Use data and insight to prioritize actions that create the greatest impact
Operational Excellence & Brand Execution
Ensure consistent execution of merchandising, visual standards, and operational programs
Lead the rollout of store initiatives and corporate directives with attention to detail
Conduct regular store visits to identify strengths, risks, and opportunities
Act as a problem-solver and resource for store leaders on operational and customer-related issues
Maintain strong communication with head office partners and cross-functional teams
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a District, Area, or Regional Manager in retail or a service-driven environment
5+ years of Store Manager or equivalent multi-unit leadership experience
Post-secondary education in business or a related field
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
A people-first leader who knows how to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable
Commercially minded with a strong understanding of retail operations and performance drivers
Customer-centric, with high standards for service and execution
Confident decision-maker who is action-oriented and resilient
Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing change
