On behalf of our Education client, Procom is searching for a Senior Change Management Consultant & Business Analyst for a contract role. This position is a remote position based in Saskatchewan.

Senior Change Management Consultant & Business Analyst - Job Description :

This project involves the implementation of a new Student Information System (SIS) for Colleges and Institutes, transitioning from the existing OCSM system to the Thesis Elements product. The consultant will play a crucial role in leading technology transformation efforts, ensuring business readiness, and managing change activities to align with project objectives.

Senior Change Management Consultant & Business Analyst - Responsibilities :

• Represent the client in various project meetings and workshops
• Lead technology transformation initiatives for Colleges and Institutes
• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans
• Assess impacts of changes on stakeholders, processes, and systems
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Manage training, learning, and communication activities
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and solution teams
• Work on Transition to Operations with vendors and colleges

Senior Change Management Consultant & Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills :

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in change management and business analysis
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to develop change management strategies
• Experience with training plan development and execution
• Familiarity with project management and stakeholder engagement
• Proficient in managing business requirements and documentation

Senior Change Management Consultant & Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills :

• Knowledge of the Saskatchewan post-secondary sector
• Experience with SIS or similar systems
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ProSci, IIBA)
• Experience in a SaaS implementation environment
• Familiarity with the Government of Saskatchewan systems

The contract is expected to run from December 3, 2025, to September 3, 2026.
