Overview :
Working within a team environment, the Administrative Supervisor will be responsible to assist with the oversight and coordination of the day to day activities relating to claims intake, set up, as well as account management related tasks.
Role Responsibilities :
- Claim Set Up and Account Management
- Oversee internal receipt, distribution and accurate set up of incoming claims in conjunction with IPG authorities and guidelines, including file protocol reviews.
- Create administration guidelines to ensure appropriate details of file setup as requested by clients
- Administer and maintain client guidelines to assist in meeting Service Level Agreements.
- Prepare templates and data for Financial Analysis and Profitability of client accounts, validating funds held in trust on behalf of clients.
- Assist in the design of workflows to create efficiencies for client accounts and specific client initiatives
- Communication with external (client) and internal (Sales and Operations) stakeholders
- Assist with preparation of operational data and measure against client (contractual) expectations and provide detailed performance reports to clients or leadership team, as required.
- Participate in integration of Third Party Vendor and Client claims management systems
- Continuously work to enhance relationships with Insurer clients
- Communicates with client re : trust account balances and sufficient funding
- Works with Finance to ensure smooth cheque issuance workflow
- Works with Examiners to facilitate payment cash calls and scheme advances
- Facilitate data for production of MI reports
- Reconcile our Database to Third-party systems
- Bordereaux to Trust account reconciliations
Qualifications & Experience :
3 - 5 years’ experience with IPG or equivalent experience with other Insurance Third Party Administrator (TPA)Previous Supervisory experienceKnowledge and experience of Insurer and Lloyd’s practicesProficient in ExcelKnowledge of third party vendor systems used by InsurersExcellent communication skills - the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external associates either verbally or in writing.Teamwork – must genuinely intend to work cooperatively with othersInitiative – being proactive in suggesting solutions to internal or external associates to improve process.Technical Experience – the ability to provide direction and review to assure that files meet client Key Performance Indicator (KPI) standardsProblem Solving – the ability to look at situations, analyze data, workflows and barriers to creatively provide solutions that meet the needs of internal and external stakeholdersEnvironment / Working Conditions :
