Description
Our Renewal team engages with companies to continue the adoption of EcoVadis solutions in order to drive improvement at scale in their value chain sustainability programs.
The Renewal Manager is responsible for owning and driving a large portfolio of contract renewal in an assigned territory for the EcoVadis business. They will craft strategies with internal partners such as Sales and Customer Success to secure every renewal. The focus will be maximizing revenue growth at renewal while minimizing revenue attrition across the portfolio, securing the most favorable contract terms and identifying additional product growth opportunities.
Responsabilites :
Achieve financial and strategic targets to minimize revenue attrition, secure favorable contract terms and identify incremental expansion sales revenue whilst increasing customer trust.
Develop and implement successful negotiation strategies.
Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success to fully understand and develop a clear renewal strategy for customers.
Maintain an accurate forecast of renewals in your territory, identify at-risk renewals, and develop strategies to drive timely closure of renewals.
Work with manager and other internal partners to deliver continuous improvements to the renewal processes.
