Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert for Trellix technologies, ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting issues, and managing upgrades.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain advanced Malware Protection solutions, including Trellix, McAfee, Tanium , and BeyondTrust .
• Provide hands-on operational support and expert-level troubleshooting for security tools.
• Govern and support Data Security / Protection projects or programs.
• Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and tools for security solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to present complex technical solutions in an understandable way.
• Lead efforts to enhance and optimize security measures and tools.
