Mission

Terus Construction, a Division of Colas Western Canada Inc., is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator for its Mobile Crushing Operations , located in Crescent Valley, BC.

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for handling administrative tasks for the project manager and supervisors to keep the projects running smoothly.

• Work with supervisors to ensure safety requirements are met
• Sharing budgeted production information with supervisors
• Assist project manager with production reporting and survey reconciliation
• Assist project manager with requisition and PO management
• Assist project manager with scheduling
• Provide support to project manager and supervisors
• Cost coding, allocation and tracking
• Assist team members with technology and communicate with company tech support
• Record and distribute minutes from weekly production meetings
• Management and tracking of fuel and hour metre readings
• Coordinate with LodgeLink for hotel bookings for crew
• Other duties as required

Employment Requirements

Compensation Data

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000CAD. The final compensation package will be determined based on factors including the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
